Xpert Consultants, Inc. is Washington DC's premier Government Support and Staffing firm. We are partnered with a local government contracting and property management company seeking an administrative assistant to assist the CEO with several duties and scheduling.
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Assisting CEO and HR Director with general HR administrative duties: Background Checks; Verifying Licenses and Credentials;
- Reviewing, researching RFPs, RFI, and government bids
- Pulling permits and completing certification packets.
- Typing correspondence and editing emails
- Scheduling meetings and events
- Coordinate daily operations of the office
- Assist with security and visit coordination. Courteously greet/direct visitors and ensure that they are handled efficiently to include offering refreshment
- Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain corporate calendar, and schedule meetings
- Interact with corporate personnel, offsite employees, and independent contractors
REQUIRED SKILLS
- High School Diploma
- Good Typing and Editing skills
- Good Admin skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English a big plus)
- Prior experience working in government contracting or property management firm desirable
LOCATION, SCHEDULE, BENEFITS
- Location: Washington DC
- Onsite 4 days per week/flexible 8 hour shift between 9am and 6pm (1 day remote)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
