LSS Holdings, parent company of Life Safety Services and Hughes Environmental, is seeking a high energy, driven and successful sales professional to fill its Regional Account Manager position. The Regional Account Manager will sell passive fire protection and industrial and environmental cleaning services to facilities in Texas. The Regional Account Manager will be based in Houston and will join a team dedicated to keeping facilities and people safe.

The Regional Account Manager will sell LSS and Hughes services to commercial, healthcare and industrial facilities in Texas.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead all sales activity in Texas, focusing on industrial facilities, selling LSS and Hughes services.
- High energy, goal-oriented and success-driven individual committed to producing budgeted results, becoming a successful sales professional and earning the rewards of a top producer”
- Grow current client base in the assigned territory and maintain current relationships. In addition, aggressively build new clients with a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales and marketing activities to build a healthy industrial sales pipeline.
- Meet with LSS and Hughes’ clients throughout the assigned territory to review potential project leads/inquires and assist in providing client solutions and generating project estimates.
- Review projects from lead sources and isolate effective bid opportunities.
- Establish a product estimate for projects utilizing specifications, architectural drawings and other project documents with input from the customer.
- Evaluate the specification, drawings and other documentation on bid projects.
- Estimate project costs and develop scopes of work, performing site visits, and reviews specs and drawings. Secure any permits required for jobs.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Above average communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel the State of Texas to provide estimates on projects; potentially 3-4 days per week of travel.
- Must be well organized and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and have an overall sound working knowledge of computers.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and very strong self-belief. Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
- Experience selling to industrial facilities
- Should reside in Houston
Additional requirements
- Some college coursework, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prefer some experience with CRM Software.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
