MM leverages equal parts DRTV, Audio, and Print. We are looking to add a smart, motivated, and organized Account Manager to our Media Manager team. Job Summary
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship with the Director of Client Services and VP of client services who are highly involved with accounts.
- Responsible for overseeing, leading, and executing projects from ideation to completion.
- Lead the planning and execution of direct response marketing campaigns, from concept to completion.
- Comfortable managing several moving project parts simultaneously & involving appropriate team members.
- Adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
- Developing a complete understanding of accounts, client’s needs, and their business objectives.
- Meeting all client’s needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Working with media vendors to execute requests and interpret campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data, providing clients with insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and direct response marketing best practices to continually enhance our offerings.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct ongoing communication with existing partners by e-mail, video conference, phone, and in-person meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor or Associates degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
- 5+ years of Direct Response agency experience is required to be considered for this position.
- 5+ years of Direct Response (print, TV, Audio) experience is required.
- 5+ years of professional business experience in project management.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and ROI.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge required including high understanding of advanced formulas.
- Advanced Google Analytics knowledge is required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite is required.
- Proficiency with all MS Office Applications is required.
- A high level of ethics, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality. Team player. Works well with others.
- Expert level of organizational and technical skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively as well as strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client management and communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with stakeholders of all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a strong proficiency in using data to inform decisions and drive campaign improvements.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
