WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Account Executive is responsible for the achievement of sales objectives associated with their designated market. The Account Executive is responsible for their assigned team’s targeted growth, productivity and their overall impact on company profitability.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- Achieve or exceed sales plan for assigned territory.
- Communicate sales plan and goals to appropriate store personnel.
- Maintain VM standards.
- Develop and maintain strong brand relationships.
- Recruit, hire, train, monitor and schedule freelancers.
- Frequently travel to accounts within the region.
- Manage freelance budget and T&E budget within the region.
- Planning and execution of in-store events.
- Develop and maintain strong/active client base in partnership with each store. Make sure to follow retailer rules and guidelines.
- Conduct trainings during each store visit.
- Outreach to selling associates inside the cosmetic department as well as outside-i.e. top sellers, private clubs, stylists, etc.
- Submit a monthly action plan including trainings and major events strategized from retailer promotional calendar.
- Complete daily and weekly inventory assessments and provide feedback as needed.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with Department Managers to identify growth opportunities.

- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
- BA in Business or relevant field.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
