Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate ABA therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong behavior analysis skills, and excels at teamwork. The candidate will conduct assessments, prepare and implement plans of care and train, and support and collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure holistic care. The candidate will supervise RBTs executing plans of care and ensure the quality of the care they provide.
The BCBAs are responsible for overseeing the quality of services provided at ACG, including overseeing the performance of the RBTs. BCBAs need to ensure client care meets quality and compliance standards.
Key Results

2. RBT competency and satisfaction – RBTs are supported and mentored as they
implement treatment
3. Parent satisfaction
Responsibilities
1. Program Development and Oversight:
a. Design and develop individualized ABA treatment programs based on thorough
assessments and client needs.
b. Ensure that treatment plans align with evidence-based ABA practices and principles.
c. Supervise and guide the implementation of ABA interventions by clinical staff.
d. When clients are onboarded, they will be assigned to a specific BCBA by the clinical
director, after careful consideration of BCBA expertise, workload, and skill level; and
considering patient needs.
2. Supervision and Training:
a. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians (RBT). Each full time
BCBA will target supervising 800-1000 of RBT time, and have a case load of 8-10 clients.
New BCBAs will transition to these targets with the Clinical Director’s guidance.
b. Supervision hours will be scheduled by the BCBA in Rethink. When scheduling
supervision in Medicaid patients, the BCBA will remove the RBT hours from the system
