Our client is a very stable and famous manufacturing of building materials, located in Pompano Beach. This position is to work in their Corporate Offices.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Services professional to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Utilize computer literacy skills to handle various administrative tasks
- Proficiency with SAP software
- Manage of customer's contract
- Setting up contracts and pricing in SAP software
- Customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Experience of 2 years with SAP software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
