Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage various projects within the office
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
