A successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
- Valid California clinical license with approved supervisor certification (if applicable)
- Three years of administrative supervisory experience
- Experience and knowledge of direct behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment, and consultation
- Knowledge of diverse modalities of counseling and diagnostic principles
- Knowledge of, and ability to, apply counseling and diagnostic theories and techniques to a full range of diverse client populations as well as co-occurring disorders, family therapy, patient de-escalation.
- Program development, data, and performance management experience
- Belief in a strengths-based approach to human services
- Excellent treatment planning skills
- Ability to build strong teams to meet performance goals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct groups (Minimum of 5 groups) and sessions with a maximum of 6 clients
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions (minimum of 6 per week)
- Conduct family psychotherapy sessions (minimum of 3 per week)
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation/auditing medical records
- Complete clinical assessments in a timely fashion
- Intervene and assess in S/I and ATA situations
- Provide training and support to behavioral technicians/support staff
- Work with UR specialist for necessary documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
