Call Center environment. Provide excellent phone customer service skills by communicating effectively and meeting patient needs. Must be able to handle high volume phone calls with a pleasant, polite, welcoming and cheerful attitude.
Direct phone communication with patients regarding scheduling, canceling, rescheduling appointments.
Must possess excellent verbal communication and verbal comprehension. Must possess critical thinking skills to effectively cross reference multiple provider schedules. Must have previous EMR & call center experience.
-OBGYN experience preferred but not required
-Medical terminology highly Preferred
Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-5:00pm; Friday's 8:15am-12pm.
