CRG Global Inc is a leader in sensory and consumer research and conducts market research domestically and internationally with our corporate office located in Ormond Beach, FL. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager/Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR initiatives. This is a one-person department which supports the daily operations of a multi-company organization and includes 15 field offices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, hiring, onboarding & educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, & benefits
- Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, performance evaluations, salary changes, discipline policies, exit interviews, & documentation for files
- Investigate & handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions and bring them to resolution
- Administer employee benefits programs, work with outside companies on negotiations & provide guidance on benefit options
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Work with outside payroll company & vendors to process payroll, benefits, worker's comp, EEOC reports, unemployment, & state required reporting
- Administer, coordinate & communicate organization's 401k plan
-Work with management team on annual corporate company insurance needs to satisfy clients' requirements and lease requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or HR certification with 5+ years of experience
- Able to work collaboratively with team members & management in a busy and complex environment using tact, diplomacy, & discipline
- Advanced computer skills, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, communication tools & HR software
-Experienced in processing payroll with national payroll companies and PEOs; knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Experience in benefits administration and understanding of benefits programs
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
