We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, completing the account setup, understanding customer requirements and achieving established sales targets.
Qualifications
1. Sales Skills:
· Proven experience in sales (Minimum 3-5 years), preferably in the carpentry or construction sector.
· Ability to generate and close sales opportunities.
· Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to present products and services clearly and persuasively.
· Interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
3. Organizational Skills:
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Other Skills:
· Knowledge of the market and industry.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
· Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
Duties to Perform:
1. Opportunity Identification:
· Research and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.
· Generate and qualify potential customer leads.
2. Relationship Development:
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
· Visit clients to present products and services and understand their needs.
3. Sales Closing:
· Negotiate and close business deals.
· Prepare and present proposals and quotes.
4. Follow-up and Support:
· Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-up to clients.
· Manage and resolve any client issues or complaints.
5. Internal Collaboration:
· Collaborate with the production and design team to ensure products meet client specifications.
· Provide feedback to the marketing team on market needs and trends.
Daily Responsibilities:
· Contact and follow up with potential and existing clients.
· Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
· Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
· Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a sales representative, preferably in the carpentry, furniture, or construction sector.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
· Valid driver’s license.
