What will I be doing?
As the Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for maintenance and repairs to guestrooms, bathrooms, furniture, public areas, and back of the house areas of the hotel.

Schedule Details:
This position is full-time. Our Facilities Department operates 7 days per week - hours may vary depending on business needs.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Perform minor electrical and HVAC repairs such as lamps, small appliances, removal or placement of telephones, replacement or repair of switches, fan motors, thermostats, etc.
- Perform minor carpentry repairs such as door/window moldings, banisters, furniture and maintain, paint, and repair hotel walls, patching of wall boards, wallpapering or painting and all floors and floor coverings such as carpets, ceramic tiles, etc.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs such as leaking faucets and valves, etc.
- Maintain and repair hotel and laundry equipment such as: vacuums, floor polishers/carpet shampooers, housekeeping carts, preventative maintenance checklist for filters, oil, grease motors, etc.
- Respond to maintenance requests from hotel guests, employees and spa staff.
- Maintain supply of parts and repair tools and use proper safety measures when operating any equipment, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
- Assist in all other responsibilities as assigned and deemed appropriate by management.
