Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service at our Chevrolet dealership, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email, or online chat.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
Respond to customer emails and online chat messages in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist customers with vehicle service inquiries, including maintenance schedules, warranty coverage, and service pricing.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments within the dealership, such as sales, finance, and service, to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
