Pink Sunlight is seeking self-motivated and ambitious Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of products and services, including roofing, tree care, and solar solutions. This position offers a flexible schedule, uncapped earning potential through commission-based compensation, and full support from the company, including provided leads.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to effectively promote and sell Pink Sunlight's roofing, tree care, and solar products and services.
- Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations with homeowners to assess their needs, provide expert recommendations, and present customized solutions.
- Close sales agreements and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize earning potential.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives and projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, arboriculture, or solar energy solutions is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
