Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
- Provide information about products and services
- Upsell products and services when appropriate

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
