Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Withdrawal Management Supervisor - Registered Nurse to join our team at a 24/7 addiction treatment and substance abuse management facility in Indianapolis, IN. Our facility provides comprehensive clinical and counseling services to individuals struggling with dual diagnosis in mental health and addictions
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the withdrawal management unit
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and best practices
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform regular patient evaluations to assess symptoms, vital signs, and overall health status
-Provide training and education to nursing staff on best practices, in withdrawal management and patient care
- Respond promptly to medical and psychiatric emergencies, providing necessary interventions and coordination of care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting preferred
