What will you be doing
· Answer incoming calls and assist customers
· Research information in databases to resolve customer issues
· Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to photo enforcement
· Support payment processing
· Accurate, detailed notes in all systems
· Maintain composure in escalated situations
· Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Handle multiple responsibilities at one time
What skills will you need
· GED or high school diploma required; some college preferred
· Prior work-at-home experience desired
· Comfortable working self-managed
· Minimum one-year previous call center/customer service
· Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
· Computer knowledge of Windows-based applications required
· Strong ability to communicate articulately and succinctly both verbally and in writing in English & Spanish
· Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
· Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
Work from Home Requirements
- High Speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WI-FI, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
- Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps
- The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss Latency under 100ms.
- All hires must have available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device
