Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer all phone calls in a timely, professional manner.
- Documents all phone calls and emails in homeowner correspondence.
- Assist Association Directors as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners.
- Process ARC requests and updates.
- Eblast notifications to communities as directed.
- Handle and document all community compliance emails and phone calls.
- Post community financials to appropriate association folders.
- Assist with all areas within the Community Support Department
Qualifications
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel – Beginner/Intermediate
- Ability to learn internal software/ web-based systems
- Customer service experience
- Professional telephone and communication skills

Full Time Position
Monday thru Thursday 8:30 to 4:30
Friday 8:30 to 4:00
