Job Overview:
The Customer Success Associate is responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience with ExPrep’s product and service. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with professors, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for professors and students at universities, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback using HubSpot.
- Maintain and continue to develop support templates to address common needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist clients in developing new and modifying existing assignment scoring automations.
- Onboard new clientele, including group training sessions covering topics like setting up accounts, courses and content prior and/or during school terms.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage, identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
- Survey and maintain accurate records of customer experience and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a must
- Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience working with HubSpot or a CRM is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
