About Live Axe: Live Axe is one of a kind 10,000 SQF venue that incorporates curated food, mixologist cocktails, and Axe throwing! (coming soon live music and a new attraction!). About the position: looking for a part-time Hybrid that potentially could grow for a full-time (not a must) as the company will obtain more locations.
The position description can be naturally divided into 2 aspects
Bookkeeping:
- Daily reconciliation of bank statements with general ledger entries.
- Monitoring accounts receivable, maintaining an aging report, and addressing overdue accounts.
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Handling payroll.
Office Manager:
- Conducting safe and inventory audits.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting the CEO with personal and administrative tasks.
Key skills and requirements:
-Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Self-starter mentality.
- College degree
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Experience managing expenses using digital systems.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Outlook and Excel.
- A quick learner with a professional and organized approach, coupled with enthusiasm and good communication skills.
- A desire to grow within the company, with potential opportunities in sales, client support, project management, and more.

Pay: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour
