Summary
As a member of our Quality Assurance Team, QA Coordinator II is responsible for conducting program audits of agency programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and Everas high quality standards of service. QA Coordinator II has a direct impact in the lives of people with disabilities through ongoing benchmarking of Everas quality standards, providing direct guidance to agency staff, identifying agency wide trends, and implementing proactive and creative solutions to areas needing improvement. Quality Assurance Coordinator Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct regular, periodic onsite reviews of all agency departments and programs
- Participate in specialized audits as requested
- Report all findings to Continuous Quality Improvement Committee
- Participate in the review of agency Electronic Health Record compliance program
- Participate as an agency trainer to support employee knowledge of quality and compliance standards
- Evaluate report data and make recommendations for departmental improvements and development of the Everas QA program

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1 year of related work experience OR HS Diploma with minimum 5 years related experience
- Experience in information synthesis and analysis
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule to include evenings/weekends
- Criminal Background Check
- Valid NJ Driver’s license
- Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Willingness to meet NJ Executive Order 252, which requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including a booster; at minimum one dose is required to begin employment with the expectation to complete subsequent doses as per recommended time frames; this requirement may be waived only in exceptional circumstances as outlined in the law.
