We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales and presence, utilizing various tools and platforms to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
Resonsibility:
- Responsible for TikTok Shop US consumer growth and implementing relevant content(short video/livestream) strategies, both for first-time consumer and repeated consumers
- Familiar with content and e-commerce business, including content growth and campaign organizing, consumer content hobbies on the TikTok shop platform
- Iterate insights and strategies about content growth for the Growth team to drive a fast growing consumer base and GMV
- Gather and analyze data and trends to draw out key insights and recommend policy, process, and product improvements
- Proposal and implement marketing strategies, including but not limited to seller performance incentives, agent management, and business distribution, that boost our visibility and engagement on the platform
- Dive deep into TikTok's culture and user behavior, crafting and applying
- Analyze and interpret the business data and the Tiktok shop platform policies in-depth, monitor all links, find existing problems and assist in developing corresponding solutions
- Conduct market research, engage internal parties to understand behavior, and motivations, and identify opportunities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, 2+ years of hands-on and in-depth experience in e-commerce governance and implementation, analytics, online operations and escalation environment, social media operations, and research, or more than 2 years experience in content operation or influencer livestream operations, familiar with platform strategy, digital marketing and promotional strategies
- Excellent data analysis skills, able to identify trends and issues behind the data and take swift action, and identify insights from quantitative and qualitative data
- Familiarity with digital marketing and promotional strategies, and Familiarity with e-commerce risk management and ecosystem management – as well as strategic business sensitivity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and strong cross-team communication and collaboration abilities, capable of managing time and resources effectively in a multitasking environment
