Responsibilities:
- Manage Email Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, analyze their performance, and make data-driven improvements to drive revenue.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement
- Create engaging and compelling content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) to update website content
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website editing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
