As a result of our rapid growth, we have an immediate opening for qualified individuals to join our expanding team as a Client Experience Specialist . The position is based out of our brand new corporate facility in Olathe, KS. Our ideal candidate would have superior communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
The role | The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for...
- Serving as initial point of contact for assigned TAFS clients, delivering an ongoing, unparalleled customer experience to TAFS clients through good rapport and communication.
- Ensuring an ongoing high standard of customer service with clients
- Delivering consistent communication and diplomacy when interacting with clients
- Educating clients on proper use of TAFS tools and standard funding procedures
- Resolving or escalating all client issues or concerns on a timely basis

- This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- TAFS is based out of our corporate facility in Olathe, KS
