Here's what you'll be doing:
- Assessing patients' conditions during each visit and documenting your superhero-worthy observations.
- Nailing evaluation tasks, from monitoring vital signs to assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Expertly assessing and evaluating therapeutic, rehab, and functional statuses.
- Providing recommendations for devices or tools to enhance your patients' quality of life.
- Listening attentively and responding to patient concerns with empathy and care.
- Collaborating with an all-star team including Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Physicians, and more to create personalized care plans.
- Educating patients and their families on the wonders of effective home healthcare strategies and procedures.
Here's what we need from you:
- The ability to zip around to multiple patients per day like a healthcare superhero.
- A valid OT license from the OT Board of California.
- While experience in in-home and/or Hospice settings is preferred, all heroes are welcome!
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills – your superpower arsenal!
- A valid driver's license – your trusty companion for home visits.
- Current CPR certification – because saving lives is kind of a big deal.
- Current TB clearance – to keep those pesky bugs at bay!
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an OT.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
