- The Educational, Outreach and Multi Media Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing and marketing educational and informational programs while assisting in various administrative duties .
- Bachelor's degree in education, environmental science, business, marketing, communications or related field, with minimum of two (2) years experience in program development, marketing, training and public speaking.
- Ability to travel in and out of town, work nights and weekends as required for special events.
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and delivering K-12 educational programs.
- Experience in developing and maintaining social media platforms, web site content, and email newsletters.
- Promotes and maintains positive professional relationships with internal staff, school professionals, media, customers, and general public.
- Identifies, develops and maintains strategic community partnerships.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including, Publisher, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Ability to perform administrative duties including account receivables & payables, inventory, preparing bank deposits, month end reporting, and general informational inquiries.
- Working knowledge of principals and practices of solid waste management / recycling, hazardous material management, with the ability to apply knowledge to processes, tasks, and operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
