Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a flexible self-starter, who is highly organized, passionate, and responsible, with outstanding interpersonal skills. They will oversee our school office, as well as assist with the coordination of all events and programs.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the enrollment process, including prospective family interaction and scheduling
· Maintain application records and provide regular reports.
· Coordinate with various departments to facilitate school and camp programming
· Oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service
· Manage website and social media presence, ensuring updated photos and content
· Perform administrative duties to support enrollment and school activities
· Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
· Implement office management best practices
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in school office management or a related field
· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
· Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Mastery of all MS Office programs, as well as Google suite.
· Ability to learn new systems quickly
· Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
· A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
· Prior experience in supervising staff and managing office functions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
