Responsibilities
Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning products and services, answers account inquires and directs members to appropriate staff/department for additional information.
Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve.
Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, credit card payments, loan payments and transfers amounts from member accounts as requested.
Balances cash drawer daily.
Answers routine correspondence such as phone calls, e-mails, and faxes from members in an efficient manner.
Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks as needed, including but not limited to filing, scanning, copying, faxing, shredding and cleaning.
Complete forms for disputes and fraud claims, stop payments, wire transfer and creates, deletes, and maintains EFTs.
Administers basic deposit account functions such as ordering checks, ATM cards, and debit cards as well as verifying and updating contact information.
Part Time Teller Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required
· Prior Customer Service experience
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work well under pressure
· High degree of accuracy
· Strong communication skills
· Organizational skills
· Occasional lifting of storage boxes may also be necessary

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
