Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounting duties, from accounts payable and receivable to bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the general ledger - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable - Conduct bank reconciliations and credit card statements - Prepare financial statements and reports - Perform payroll processing and tax filings - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Assist with budget preparation and monitoring Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software - Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles - Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and corporate accounting - Ability to handle bank reconciliations efficiently - Familiarity with Quicken software is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Prior experience as an accounting clerk or similar role This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications & experience.
