Immediate opening for a part time evening receptionist/BDC Customer Rep. Hours will range from 3:00 to 8:00 PM and every 3rd Saturday.
Job duties include:
Answering main switch board and transferring calls to the appropriate department/person
Greeting and assisting guests
Light filing and clerical work
Confirming appointments
Outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position is currently part time with the potential to become full time for the right candidate. Must be well-spoken, customer service oriented, personable, dependable, and a team player. Schedule and hours will be discussed during interview.
