The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for LHFS’s platforms. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams- including the marketing team and front-end developers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging designs. As a UX/UI Designer, you will research, wire frame, design, code, innovate, and prototype new user experiences across LHFS digital marketing. The UX/UI Designer must have exceptional design skills, a great sense of aesthetics, be nimble in a quick paced small marketing department and user-centered design principles aimed at maximizing customer experience.

Experience Must Have:
- Strong understanding of email marketing. Able to create an email from design in Figma to html code.
- Strong background working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite: XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects
- Strong background with email marketing programs
- Knowledge and able to work in HTML, CSS, MIRO, CRM, CMS, and nimble with new systems/ platforms a must.
- Strategically imagine, conceive of, manage, and drive UI design projects from concept to implementation in Figma (coding, testing, and deploying)
- Experience creating and maintaining brand.
Responsibilities:
- A self-starter with complete end-to-end UX/UI design to develop mock-ups, wire frames, new interaction models, and navigation schemes. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Able to work in the totality of an email and landing page from concept, content, wire frame, design, coding to deploy.
- Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, building out coded emails, user flows, process flows and site maps, and using data to influence design.
- Work with front end development and IT to implement designs; participate in QA to ensure that designs are working in staging and production.
- Create compelling interactive experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations as we pursue ambitious growth of LHFS digital marketing.
- Implement processes and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency: leading to automations and templates.
- Design landing pages, email templates, wire frames, social media posts, and campaigns in collaboration with marketing team and other stake holders.
- Aid in creation of content for email campaigns, landing pages and more.
- Execute email marketing campaigns including building emails, testing for design and content accuracy, coding, and sending emails to target audiences.
- Develop user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Aid in developing our Style Guides for branding, content, templates, digital marketing, ads, video, etc.
- Work on various projects when marketing team needs help on sales enablement materials and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree- minimum of 7 years’ experience in a professional environment involving website design/ development and digital marketing.
- Strong background working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite: XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects
- Strong background with email marketing programs
- Knowledge and able to work in HTML, CSS, MIRO, Litmus, CRM, CMS, and nimble with new systems/ platforms a must.
- Experience leading market research, developing brand positioning, and creating brand identity.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ranging from UX/UI, mapping, journey building, email templates, landing pages, SMS text.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to drive multiple projects forward, think in systems and process, bring structure, remain agile, and seamlessly manage multiple ongoing projects in a structured way.
- Background in the mortgage industry, lending and the supplement industry a plus.
- Ability to be a self-starter and project manager; take on tasks and projects and drive them to completion, meeting deadlines.
- Creative/ analytical thinking and strong data management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team by positive example- clear communication, trust, empathy, an understanding of their team, set clear objectives/ priorities + benchmarks/ goals, enabling each employee to realize their potential and advance within the org.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and development, including websites, digital design, and video.
- Exceptional visual design skills and thorough understanding of user-system interaction
