We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven highly compensated Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, self sufficient, and not afraid to perform cold outreach and walkin’s to drum up new business.This position has unlimited income potential; we do not have caps on commission.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new sales opportunities and expand client base through networking, cold calling, business walk-ins, and social media.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable promotional products.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings and gather feedback on what new products we should offer.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain frequent contact with your clients to understand their needs over time.
- Resolve issues to build customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by meeting weekly quotas in establishing new leads
- Providing regular reports to management on sales activities (automated in CRM)
- Coordinate with our design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
- Past sales experience helpful but not necessary, preferably in promotional products or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the promotional products market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and self-sufficent environment.

Compensation:
- Extremely Attractive commission-based pay structure with unlimited earning potential.
- This position has unlimited income potential; we do not have caps on commissions
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
