Rye is a creative American small plates restaurant and cocktail bar. Our concept is based on introducing guests to a range of new, seasonal flavors across a variety of plates, and then changing the menus so that we can repeat the experience in the future. This is reflected in our wine, beer, and cocktail programs as well.
We are looking for a full time server. Ideally you will have extensive liquor knowledge, classic cocktail experience, wine, beer, and food experience as well. We are looking for seasoned individuals who are looking for a chance to be a part of team focused on doing something different and making a name for ourselves.
Our ownership is hands on and our team has complete control over the cocktail menu and beverage menus including seasonal specials, dinners with Whistle Pig etc. Our entire restaurant is team focused so you are also welcome to contribute to food menus and general direction setting as many of our team do. Our goal is to maximize the talents of our entire team and thereby become a destination for Dallas diners.
Our restaurant sells a lot of cocktails so knowledge and speed in this area are paramount. If you are a bartender who lacks cocktail knowledge, or a knowledgeable server who needs to learn to shake the drinks, we still encourage you to apply. Please keep in mind that training will be extensive to those without as much experience.
