Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines and vehicles. This is a Part time and Full Time position . We are a 7 days 24hours operation. We offer competitive pay, Schedule and hourly rate will be discus at the time of interview.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with diesel engines, such as faulty fuel systems, electrical problems, or transmission issues
- Conduct inspections and perform necessary repairs on diesel vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and emissions standards
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Perform tire service, including mounting, balancing, and rotating tires
- Service air brake systems and ensure proper functioning
- Assemble and solder components as needed
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Work with various types of diesel engines
- Repair and maintain hydraulic systems
- Align wheels for proper vehicle handling
Requirements:
--Must be certified and able to work on Motor coaches
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and vehicles
- Familiarity with assembling and soldering components
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset
