Fleet Service Manager
Duties:
- Develop and implement fleet service management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles to ensure they are in safe and working condition
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and registrations to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency
- Manage vehicle tracking systems to monitor fleet performance and driver behavior
- Collaborate with drivers and dispatchers to schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and expenses
- Analyze data on fleet performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fleet management technology
Experience:
-Diesel Mechanic background or prior experience
Proven experience as a Fleet Service Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Fleet Service best practices and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and Fleet Service Management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
