Looking for enthusiastic, career-minded individuals to join our successful sales team. As a Licensed Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto and Home business, as well as servicing existing accounts. We are a large, fast-paced insurance agency in West Plano and need goal oriented, sales driven, hard-working individuals to help us aggressively expand our market share
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure positive client experience with every interaction
· Deepen relationships with current policy holders by selling additional products
· Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals and cross-sells
· Generate quotes at high volume levels
· Maintain accurate documentation in agency
· Maintain required insurance license
Experience
· General Lines Property & Casualty License mandatory
· Two or more years of insurance sales experience required
· Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
· Confident, self-starter who works well independently
· Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless client experience
· Efficient and driven to fulfill clients needs
· Strong computer and organizational skills
· Must have ability to multi-task
