LOCATION
italyMONDO!'s US Operations are based out of the historic Sanford Clocktower in Amsterdam, New York, conveniently located between Routes 5, 30, and 67, less than 5 minutes off Exit 27 on the NYS Thruway.
POSITION
Our US Office focuses on our Dual Italian Citizenship services, and all roles are very paperwork-orientated. Team Members and their Team Leads work directly with clients and the various government agencies that issue and legalize the records necessary to succesfully present an application for Italian citizenship. We are looking for self-motivated, detail-orientated individuals who excel in an office environment and enjoy working both individually as well as in a team.
NOTE: Knowledge of the Italian language is not required nor is it a consideration for US hires. All work as well as internal and externals communication are exclusively in English.

As a result, there is room for advancement within our company as Administrative Assistants begin specialize in a specific field as they gain experience. There is also opportunity to move into management as a Team Lead. REQUIREMENTS
A college degree is not necessary. However, applicants are required to take a series of at-home, pre-employment assessments to be considered for their first interview (which will be conducted via Zoom). All applicants must be comfortable in an office setting as well as extremely proficient with a computer. In addition, attention to detail is crucial for success with the company.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Utilize computer skills to assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and email correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and assisting visitors at the front desk.
- Utilize both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for tasks as well as work with a variety of internal software solutions (both web-based and MacOS-based).
- Assist with proofreading documents, transcribing information, and executing tasks as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to provide support in various clerical tasks and maintain a professional and organized office environment.
