Two temporary positions available:
Position starts: Immediate
Purpose: Provide telephone/email support to customers requesting boat tour reservations, track detailed reservation information, communicate reservation information to 5 locations, and assist with general clerical duties.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, general office duties, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Skills: Communication and customer service skills; phone etiquette; computer skills, organization; detail oriented; multi tasking
Personality: Friendly; helpful; takes initiative; dependable; logical; works well independently, consistent, reliable and on-time
Appearance: Casual attire
Physical: Continuous sitting and reaching with hand/wrist work. Occasionally bend, squat, and kneel.
Essential Duties: Continually answer phone calls and respond to voice mails and emails; provide general information regarding boat tours, boat rentals, guided hikes and operational dates and times; maintain accurate and detailed reservation information; update operating locations with current reservation information; and some general office work.
