Job Overview:
Seeking Data Entry Clerk/ Office Assistant $20/hour -Part time ( 20 +/- hours per week )-With potential to work into a full time position after a duration of time and re-assessment.
Ideal hours worked would be from 10am-2pm, but willing to be flexible.
Looking for a detail-oriented team player who is organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and willing to assist with coverage and cross train with other departments interoffice. Individual must be able to work well with others, follow direction and take initiative to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to below:
1. Accounts Payable Data Entry.
2. Answering Phones in Office.
3. Being backup to Operations Coordinator –(booking travel itinerary/Coordinating and updating field crew etc. ) when coverage is necessary and person is out of office.
4. Assisting other departments with miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
5. Cross training with office departments to provide coverage for time off, etc.
6. Must be comfortable with computers and Excel spreadsheets.
Previous office experience is a plus, but not required, as we will provide training on site.
