As a Virtual Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative at Monalee, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to digitize the home electrification experience. You'll be responsible for quickly dialing digital leads, utilizing your excellent communication skills to convert them into quality appointments for our inside sales team. This remote position demands a tech-savvy individual with a knack for fast-paced tele-communication and customer messaging via email and text.
- Utilize provided digital leads (inbound and outbound) to schedule quality appointments for our inside sales team.
- Aim to book a minimum of 10 appointments per day, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness in lead conversion.
- Proficiency in using dialer systems such as JustCall, Five9, etc., is essential for seamless communication.
- Leverage your appointment setting or sales experience (minimum 1 year) to optimize lead conversion.
- While solar experience is preferred, it's not mandatory; however, a willingness to learn and adapt to our industry is crucial.
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with the option to work more hours and weekends also available to accommodate flexibility.

- Base Salary: $60,000 annually
- Performance Bonus: Additional $15,000 annually based on achieving set monthly targets. Paid out monthly.
