Understand and practice aggressive hospitality.

Greet all guests with a smile at all times.

Use the guest's last name at all times when appropriate.

Responsible for opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel.

Provide professional aggressive hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests.

Assist guests with transportation to offsite locations using only approved taxi/limo service.

Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure.

Knowledge of hotel layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc.

Continually monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of guest services area.

Post up in appropriate area when not completing tasks.

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working (if you are an out-of-state college student, you must have a valid license in your state of residence)

Pass a pre-employment background check including drug, MVR, and criminal background check

Must be able to drive a manual transmission

Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English

Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions

Must be able to stand during the entire shift
