PayTomorrow (www.paytomorrow.com) is a tech savvy consumer financing platform focusing on e-commerce retail merchants, providing instantaneous point of sale consumer financing credit directly from the merchant's shopping cart. Our unique financing product approves customers from prime to subprime credit (full spectrum financing) while providing fair and transparent consumer offers.
Position available is a Merchant Support specialist, focusing on supporting the platform’s network of merchants, as well as supporting our internal sales team.
Merchant Support Teamis responsible for:
- Existing merchant support and overall sales team support
- Compiling documents for underwriting submission
- Answer incoming Merchant phone calls and emails and provide assistance
- Provide training to new merchants
- Organize and coordinate merchant website integrations with Development Team
- Organize all merchant folders and documents
- Mail out point-of-sale materials as well as keep inventory in stock
- Maintain communication with existing merchants to ensure continued participation
You should have:
- 2+ years of Office Administrator experience
- Microsoft Office proficient a must (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- College degree preferred
- Experience in finance, e-commerce retail a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude, self motivated, strong work ethic and team player
