We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include;
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including aggressive cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' objectives and challenges.
3. Present and demonstrate Built Right Digital's marketing solutions to prospects via virtual meetings and presentations.
4. Negotiate and manage terms and pricing agreements with potential clients to secure new business.
5. Collaborate with and manage the internal team to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
6. Maintain and manage accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
7. Provide and manage ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the sales process and beyond to boost client satisfaction.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
9. Maintain ethical and positive working environment to reduce turnover and promote high retention rates.
On a day to day your tasks will include;
- Conducting and managing outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Scheduling, managing, and conducting virtual meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Following up with and managing leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Preparing, managing, and delivering customized proposals and presentations to address the specific needs of each client.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve sales processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B in a remote or virtual setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Built Right Digital services.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in the home improvement industry or related sectors.
- Experience with virtual sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales techniques.
- Additional certifications or training in sales or digital marketing.
Working Hours for the position are Monday to Friday 9am CST - 5pm CST with flexibility to accommodate client meetings and time zone differences as needed.
