Education: Masters in Nuring , Licensed in Massachusetts.
Requirements: Prefferred to have work with addiction population prior for a min of 2 years.
1. Ensuring adherence to the required HIPPA and documentation requirements as identified by county, state and federal regulatory agencies.
2. Assesses the physiological, behavioral, and psychosocial health status of patients as required for safe and appropriate care and communicates relevant information to the interdisciplinary treatment team in a timely manner.
3. May assist in the development of treatment plans and provides care consistent with these plans
4. Interacts with patients, counseling staff, clinical dietician, psychiatrist, medical director, other nurse practitioner(s), and other members of the interdisciplinary care team in such a manner that promotes a high standard of care.
5. Functions under the direct supervision of the Medical Director in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care, Standards of Practice for Registered Professional Nurse as directed by the State Board of Nursing, Nursing Service and Clear Steps Recovery Health Policies Procedures
6. Collaborates with treatment team in order to determine appropriate treatment/discharge plan 7. other duties as assigned
