Job Summary:
We are seeking a fun and vibrant Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy medical practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting patients, managing phone calls, sales and ensuring efficient patient flow.
Duties:
- Answering phone and greeting patients
- Scheduling Patients
- Charging out patients and collecting payments
- Sales
- Scanning
- Data Entry
- Restocking provider rooms, supplies and supplements
- Tidying staffrooms, Trash, Dusting, etc.
- Managing all package deliveries
- Schedule appointments
- Entering in Fullscript Prescriptions
- Calling in Prescriptions
- Conduct an Inbody Analyses and Blood Pressure & Entering in EMR system
- Conduct Emsella, Vasper, Shiftwave Treatments
- Check and respond to voicemails, messages, text messages and chats
- Sending/Responding to patient messages
- Follow up/reminder phone calls to patients
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Team Player
- Other duties to support administrative team as assigned
