Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and data entry.
- Assist with office management tasks including organizing files and documents.
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
- Coordinate and assist in real estate administrative tasks.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation and management.
- Support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
Skills:
- Proficient in office management procedures and clerical tasks.
- Experience in real estate administrative duties is a plus.
- Strong ability to organize and maintain files effectively.
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document handling.
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to type efficiently and operate phone systems effectively.
