Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative or clinician to join our team; an individual who is passionate about coordinating the care of potential clients and their families who need substance abuse and/or mental health treatment. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our treatment programs, services, and core values
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our organization's reach, through lead generation and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with primary providers and other key stakeholders in our community to increase the referrals we receive for substance abuse treatment (case managers, therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, physicians, treatment providers, etc.)
- Establish professional credibility to become a trusted resource for clients, colleagues, and the communities we serve
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up to date on industry trends
- Continuously evaluate strategies to ensure effectiveness in all aspects of this position
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and marketing activities in our CRM
- Remain motivated to achieve measurable outcomes and commit to ongoing personal and professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience in consultative sales in business, healthcare, or related field
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Clinical experience is recommended by not required
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Knowledge of substance abuse and mental health treatment is recommended
- Must be able to work remotely, office onsite is available, and be available for meetings and events during standard business hours
