Healthcare Delivery Consultant US
Healthcare has been close to our hearts since the company's establishment in 2015. We have selected healthcare as one of our strategic priorities, and we see strong growth in the coming years, delivering unique solutions that enable our customers to achieve transformational change quickly.
As our Healthcare Delivery Consultant US, you will be responsible for managing delivery projects from concept, design and implementation to maintenance/sustainability and monitoring performance and measuring outcomes. You will actively provide consultative support and guidance to our customers. To succeed in this role, it is essential you think out of the box and look at the processes from a helicopter view to understand possible implications and barriers that may occur. You do not need to have a prior experience with RPA, but strong interest in new technologies and automations will help you learn and understand it faster.
We want to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of experience in healthcare sector (hospital operations, preferably revenue cycle operations or revenue cycle management)
Workflow optimization project management using EHR/EMR systems and/or ancillary add on systems (Epic experience highly preferred)
EMR/EHR operational and/or technical in-depth knowledge required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Eligibility to work in the USA (you are expected to work 8- 5 EST hours) - you will work with customers in US, as well as your colleagues in Europe
