ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the delivery of short to Medium term operations. The primary responsibilities are to maintain a safe manufacturing environment and to achieve overall business objectives including: safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and lean directives set by the business. The Operations Manager plays a key role in communicating and supporting the operational vision and goals of the business.
- Manage operations to achieve/exceed- agreed upon growth, revenue, and financial objectives. Ensuring operations meet profitability roles.
- Establish Operational performance metrics, standards and measurements for direct reports and the operation as a whole.

- Monitor and measure performance to plan. Deliver timely, objective, and actionable feedback on the performance plan.
- Ensure that products are delivered on-time and in full to customers meeting all customer and regulatory requirements pertaining to quality and food safety.
- Lead initiatives to foster a safe, collaborative, and team-oriented culture
- Foster a Positive employee relations environment by building a culture where employees are motivated and actively engaged in driving continuous improvement in the business.
LEADERSHIP
- This position manages production supervisors and is responsible for 150+ production employees.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- English and Spanish communication skills- spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college in a relevant field
- Lead Six Sigma Certification
- 5 years of experience in fast paced manufacturing preferably Food Manufacturing.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
