A day as a Cook:
- Prepare and cook items according to specification/recipe.
- Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO&CO standard
- Act as a role model while taking part in service – preparing, and cooking dishes
- Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple station within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Always keep immediate work area clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Who you are:
- A fulltime Cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in fast-paced environments.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in kitchen preferably with large production volume
- Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cook times.
- Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field is desirable
- Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs
